They are complaining that they, "representing the religious life of this community, have been very much grieved to find that men were working on the new Council houses yesterday morning, Sunny June 18th". They are also making representations to the R. D. C., the other party to the Housing Contract They feel that they ought to receive a public apology for what happened yesterday and that they ought to "safeguard the Sabbath in future building contracts".
