Whalley] enclosing particulars of the Penrhyn Melyn purchase. Colonel Wynne Finch will go up to £1100 for Lot 7. He outlines the likely run or events at the sale and is willing to meet him at the "Bodawen Temperance Hotel" beforehand, should he wish it.
