LETTER: Lambert and Co., Coventry Street, London W. to Mrs. Wynne Finch (at Cefnamwlch, Pwllheli]. They return the silver chalice with cover. The nearest name to that of the maker that they have been able to find is "Isaac Linger". The cup is undoubtedly Eltzabethan except for the added portion. Appended: NOTES written by C.A. Wynne Finch on the knowledge of Mr. G. Lambert about silver plate. Further details about the cup. NOTE: ’Tydweiliog Communion Plate cup’. Annexed: NOTES: re the above chalice (1574) and paten.
