What products can I have?

Please choose the products you would like to receive. Please choose the one you will use. You can visit the website www.heygirls.co.uk for further information about their products and how to use them - packages are detailed below please tick:

Package A - Re-usable sanitary pads 10 day / 5 night time and discreet packaging. Will include instructions how to use and wash.
Package B - Menstrual cup and sterilizing pot (x2). Will include instructions how to use and wash.
Package C - Period pants. 4 pairs of period pants from selection of styles / colours. Will include instructions how to use and wash.
Package D - Mixed bundle to include 6 pack of day pads, 6 pack of night pads, 6 pack of applicator tampons in regular or super and pack of panty liners. Type of flow to be selected by user.
Package E - Tampon bundle. Six packs of tampons with or without applicator wither in regular or super combination and a pack of panty liners.
Package F - Pads bundle. 6 x Pack of night pads, 6 packs of day pads in regular or super and 3 packs of panty liners. Type of flow to be selected by user.

Gwynedd County Council are the data controller, who will process your personal information only for the purposes of offering the Period Dignity service and in accordance with the law. This will involve ensuring the data is transferred securely and retained only in accordance with the Councils Retention Policy. We will disclose the contact details provided in this form to the organisation known as Lyreco (the supplier) who are not permitted to further disclose your information to third parties carry out any direct marketing and are obliged to process the personal information in accordance with data protection law. The Welsh Government may also exercise their rights of inspection and audit in respect of administration of the Period Dignity project in which case your personal information would only be shared if required by law. Wherever possible we will use anonymised information in our disclosures to the Welsh Government. Your consent provides the legal basis upon which the personal information is held and can be withdrawn at any time. You are also entitled to request a copy of the information held and exercise your legal rights.
