RECOGNIZANCE taken by Griffith Owen, Clerk, J.P., of Edmund Roberts of Gwndwn, pa.[rish] Llanfihangel-y-Traethau, yeoman, to appear at the next G.Q.S. to answer to an Indictment brought against him by Robert James of the same pa.[rish] for stealing hay to the value of 6d. on April 5, 1795. Surety: above Edmund Roberts in £20; Robert Morgan, Cefn Trevor Bach, gentleman and Ellis Robert, Fuchas Wenn, yeoman, both of the same pa.[rish], in £10 each. Robert James, prosecutor, bound in £5.
