DEED TO LEAD USES (by Lease and Release) before a common recovery touching the messuages called Tythynyberth, Maesglassey, otherwise Tyddynpantydwr, the 2 parcels of arable and pasture land called Erwpantydwr and Erwbronllwydwydd, the messuage called Tynymaes, the ’toft or meese place whereon a messuage formerly stood ... called Caedole, formerly in the tenure of Evan Richards, then of William Jones and ’now’ in the occupation of John Richards alias Jones, all in the township of Maesglassey, pa.[rish] Mallwyd.’
