MEMORANDUM from Robert Hughes, grocer, L.C., Talybont, nr. Bala, to David Breese, Esq., Clerk to the Merioneth [Meirionnydd] County Council, Porthmadog. He states that the Llanycil Parish Council have made an application to the G.W.R. Company on behalf of the inhabitants of Capel Celyn for a station at the above place, on the Bala and Ffestiniog line. Mr Hughes asks for the support of the County Council.
