CIRCULAR LETTER - Whitehall, to the Clerk of the Peace, requiring a Return of the number of appeals against convictions by J.P.’s in 1844. On dorse: draft reply of D. Breese, Deputy Clerk of the Peace dated 25 November 1845 stating that there were no appeals in 1844.
