RESOLUTION passed at a meeting of the Barmouth Harbour Trustees to the effect that Mr. Owen Jones, Clerk to the Trust, be authorised to institute proceedings against (David) Davies in respect of the offence of depositing rubbish or debris on the foreshore at Barmouth. (See Z/DAS/123, Z/DAS/120.)
