LETTERS: the Board of Trade (Harbour Dept.,) to the Harbour Trustees, Barmouth re. the alleged encroachments of Messrs. Owen Owen of Barmouth, builders and Mr. Gibson of Sittingbourne, solicitor, upon the foreshore of the Harbour of Barmouth. Included are a draft of the Trustees’ letter alleging the encroachments and copies of replies by the accused parties.
