1. Ellinor Anne Vaughan of Nannau, co. of Meirionnydd, widow. 2. John Vaughan of Hengwrt, Dolgellau, a Colonel in the Army. CONVEYANCE (draft) of the rent charges of £30 and £20 paid each year by the Cambrian Railway Company and the Bala and Dolgellau Railway Company respectively on lands, formerly part of the Hengwrt Estate, conveyed to them in 1869 and 1870. The rent charges were bequeathed to No.1 by her husband, John Vaughan, and this deed now conveys them to their son, No.2 following John Vaughan’s death in June 1900.
