NEWSPAPER CUTTINGS (8): reports from the Cambrian News and Welsh Farmers’ Gazette, The Merioneth News and Herald, The Border Counties Advertiser and the Liverpool Mercury re three evictions from Nannau Estate properties and a demonstration held at Ty Isaf, Llanfachreth following the notice to quit served on its tenant, Mrs. Owen Roberts. Speakers at the demonstration included Howell Gee of Denbigh, William Jones MP and E. Owen Roberts, son of the evicted tenant, barrister at law.
