RECONVEYANCE (copy draft) of Cefn Rug, pas. of Corwen and Llangar; Tynycefn pa. of Corwen; 28 acres of Bettws Mountain, pa. of Corwen (allotted to Cefn Rug); Cae glancamddwr, township of Aberalwen, pa. of Corwen; Doly-glessin, township of Ddol and Aberalwen, pa. of Corwen. Y-Ddy-Drill-yn-weirglodd-y-ddol, township of Ddol, pa. of Corwen. These properties which were all part of the Rug Estate were originally mortgaged in 1821 by Griffith Howell Vaughan for £4,500. He repaid £500 in 1836. In 1861 the mortgage was assigned from the original parties to No.1 who by this deed reconveyed the properties to the then owner of the Rug Estate, No.2 on repayment of the principal sum of £4,000.
