CONVEYANCE (copy draft) of land and lands covered with water at or near Drwsynant, pa. of Llanfachreth (plan included) measuring 6a. 2r. 18p. The company are to pay a yearly rent of £20 to Nos. 2 & 3. The deed recites an order of 1876 whereby the company were required to build a station at Drwsynant and erect a fence along sections adjoining the Bala to Dolgellau Turnpike Road (ref. 148 on the deposited plan). A proviso allows for the redemption of the yearly rent at a consideration of £400 if desired by No.3 or £500 if desired by No .4.
