LETTERS (9): Rev. Henry Burton of Atcham, co. of Salop, Sir Watkin Williams Wynn of Wynnstay, co. of Denbigh and others re an application by Charles Wynne, heir to the Rug Estate, to them as trustees, for an allowance to go to college. His father Lord Newborough (of Glynllifon) has apparently refused to give him any money.
