LETTRRS (11); mostly Owen Jones, Solicitor of Caernarfon to Mr. Jones (William Jones of Glandwr and Crosby Square, London) re the assignment of a mortgage of £4,000 on Rug Estate property, originally entered into in 1821 between Griffith Howell Vaughan of Rug and Messrs Thelwall, Clough and Buckle. The two surviving mortgagees have called in the principal and the mortgage is being taken up by William Jones.
