DECLARATION by John Davies, Secretary of the Towyn Friendly Society that resolutions re the drawing up ofascheme to regulate the society had been adopted and would be sent as soon as practicable to the Registry of Friendly Societies. The Registry was formed as a result of the 1911 National Insurance Act.
