John Meredyth Pugh lived at 4 Aelfor Terrace, King Edward St, Barmouth. He was a student at the Normal College, Bangor, 1913 - 1915, a teacher at the Dolgellau Primary School until 1956, Treasurer of the Barmouth Baptist Chapel (Seion) and a member of the Barmouth Lodge of Free Masons.
