1. Rev. Robert Roberts, Llanfachreth, in the county of Merioneth, clerk and Jane Roberts his wife. 2. Ann Davies, Hendreclochydd in the parish of Llanaber, widow. CONVEYANCE in pursuance of the abolition and recoveries of shares in all that messuage, or tenement and farm with lands and appurtenances called Garn y gadell being in the parish of Llangelynin measuring 91 acres, 2 roods and 4 perches and in an Indenture of 1 October, 1831 described as being in the holding of John Owen, his undertenants or assigns but now or late in the occupation of Humphrey Roberts, his undertenants and assigns; shares in that messuage or tenement commonly called Nantgysilig, in the parish of Llengelynin, measuring 41 acres, 1 rood and 32 perches and in the aforesaid indenture described as being in the holding of David Evans, his undertenants and assigns but now or late in the occupation of William Owen; also shares in that messuage or tenement with lands and appurtenances commonly called Brynhir, in the parish of Llangelynin measuring 11 acres, 26 perches described in the aforesaid indenture as being in the holding of Hugh Thomas, now in the occupation of William Owen; also shares in the piece of land numbered 276 in the enclosure map measuring 7 acres, 2 roods and 20 perches; also shares in the annual rent charge of £12 created in an Indenture of 7 March 1864 to be paid by the Aberystwyth and Welsh Coast Railway.
