The lands conveyed are namely freehold farm, lands and hereditaments called Hendre and Bryn Cyffo, in the parish of Gwyddelwern; all those messuages, farmhouses with stables, outbuildings, yards, gardens known as Llwyndu, Porth-y-gwydd-fylch, Gwastadgoed Canol, Rhyddy-did-farch, Gorswen and Bodwlan, in the parish of Llangelynin. All these being generally known as The Llyndu Estate [sic]. Also lands known as Carn-y gadellt and Henblas, in the parish of Llangelynin together with the yearly sum of 12.6s. charged on a farm known as Gribin, in the parish of Cemmaes, in the county of Montgomery.
