RELEASE of land known as Tyddyn y Neuodd or Llwyndu all that messuage,tenement and land with appurtenances known as Gwastad Coed Canol or Gwastad Coed Bach; all that messuage and dwellinghouse known as Ty yn y Troll or Ty wrth y gelynen; all that messuage,tenement and lands known as Bodwlan Fechan, all that messuage, tenement and lands known as Tyddin Bach Rhiwtr Corne or Tyddinbach Rhiw yr Crone; all that messuage, tenement and lands known as Tyddinyfynore or Tyddin fynnonne and Tirfynnonne; all that messuage, tenement and lands with appurtenances known as Porthgwyddfwlch and those several pieces of land known as Pantcau and Caecornel; all that messuage, tenement and lands with appurtenances known as Tyddinygorse or Gorsewen. All the aforesaid messuages, tenements and lands hereditaments and premises are situated in the township of Llwyngwril, In the parish of Llangelynin, in the county of Merioneth. Rachel Howell to receive during her lifetime £21 p.a. as rent charge.
