1. Elizabeth Roberts, late of Loppington and now of English Frankton, in the county of Salop, widow; the Rev Edward Roberts, Priory Lee, in the county of Salop, clerk, trustee of the will of David Roberts, late of Dinbren, in the parish of Llangollen in the county of Denbigh, Esq, deceased.
2. David Roberts, Grosmere, in the county of Salop, gent, grandson and heir of the said David Roberts, deceased.
ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE of messuage, tenement with lands, hereditaments and appurtenances in the parish of Gwyddelwern, in the county of Merioneth, then in the lands of Elis Hughes, his assigns or undertenants to the said Elizabeth Roberts and Edward Roberts, for the term of 3 years from the testatorts death upon the understanding that they did from time to time pay all the rents and profits towards the up bringing of his four grandchildren, John Edward, Robert, Mary and Ann Roberts and their survivors. This indenture records the payment of £150 by Party No. 2 to Party No. 1 in lieu of the aforesaid rents and profits.
