CONVEYANCE of freehold farm lands and premises known as Llwynlloiau and also two fields or parcels of land called "Cae Isa" and "Y Ddol". Also the tenement farm and l-ids called Hendrellysan and tenement farm called Cefn Ceirch Bach. The transfer of property was in part satisfaction and discharge of wages entitled to by D.R. Jones. Included is a notice to quit to Evan Jones, from his son David Rice Jones for failing to farm "in accordance with the rules of good husbandry’.
