John Williams, John Jones Williams, and John Clarke, gentlemen, the major part of the Commissioners appointed to look into the affairs of the bankrupt, David Jones, late of the hamlet of Cynwyd, pa. of Gwyddelwern, victualler and carpenter, dealer and chapman. 2. John Jones of Cynlas Fawr, pa. of Llandderfel, farmer. ASSIGNMENT of all the goods, chattels etc, comprising the personal estate of the above bankrupt, David Jones to John Jones [No.2.above] one of his creditors, in trust for the management of his affairs and discharge of his debts.
