DEPOSITION OATH. Benjamin Hill of the town of Machynlleth, co. of Montgomery gentleman, swears that he saw various people subscribe their names at the foot of a certificate issued by Commissioners of Bankrupt against a certain David Griffiths whereby they testify their consent to the Commissioners making the permitted allowance and benefit to the said David Griffiths. Witnessed at Aberystwyth by Thos.[Pr.] Hopley, Master Extraordinary in Chancery.
