PETITION from farmers & tradesmen of the neighbourhood of Towyn, to the honourable Board of Agriculture & Fisheries requesting the release from the Army of William Thomas Owen on the grounds that he was the only competent mechanic in the area, being the only person qualified to drive a motor plough, and his absence would cause large areas of land to remain unploughed.
