LETTER from Lloyd George & George, Solicitors, Cricieth to E. Watkins stating that John Pugh has signed the agreement; several of the clauses appear to be hardly applicable to the present tenancy; the notice to quit is only six months and they trust that they will allow it to be extended to twelve months; it would be invidious to have the special clause incorporated into the tenancy; Pugh has signed the Temperance Pledge and has acknowledged that he will give the farm up if he is convicted of drunkenness again.
