CIRCULAR LETTER from H. St. John Hodges, Secretary of The Benue (Northern Nigeria) Tin Mines Ltd., to Mr J.L. Price stating that the directors have studied the matter carefully and have concluded that seven years is too short a period to exhaust Bawa area; five tons of tin had left the mine for shipment and a further four tons were ready for despatch.
