BRIEF for the Defendant A. G. Bonnyman, in which the Plaintiff Gwilym Pari Huws claims possession of Llys Meddyg, Blaenau Ffestiniog on the ground that in a Lease dated18 January1933, he demised the premises to Dr. Wilson Trevor Williamson for a term of seven years, and also sold the Medical Practice carried on in this premises. He therefore claims there has been a breach of covenant since Dr Williamson has underlet the property to Alexander Gordon Bonnyman without his consent.
