2. Late Walnes’: 5 deeds 1788-1827.
3. Late Walnes’ and late Hardy’s:
4 Deeds, 1838-43. 4. All above: 11 deeds, 1840-1850.
5. Late Peck’s: 4 deeds 1832-44 Cancelled Mrs. Thruston and covenant to produce deeds.
6. Late Geo. M. Bakers’ 2 deeds 1820, 1841.
7. Late Glebe, 1 deed 1848.
All save 5 to be delivered and purchased by October 11th, 1851.
