Thruston and William Parry for letting Gwynfreichian in the parish of Pennal in the county of Merioneth at Annual rent £45 ( payable in two parts further described ) Details given of Maintenance of buildings etc., to be under taken by tenant (William Parry). Z/D/AD/861890Covering label to a Lease dated 7 January, 1807 between Pryce Edwards, Esq., and John Pryce, Esq of Pandy Rhos farch for a term of 21 years or life of tenant, this deed sent to Mr. Thruston on the 5th August, 1890.
