RELEASE AND AQUITTANCE Messrs. Lyall and John Thruston. Recites Declaration of Trust dated May 9th, 1819 in accordance with which £2,450, 3% annuities was transferred to Frances Gardner and John Thruston. By indenture dated July 1st 1841 between Valentine Gardner and James Valentine Gardner of Khasgunge. Valentine assigned to Jas. Valentine the reversion of stock. Frances Gardner died in February, 1843. By indenture May 16, 1843 Jas. Valentine Gardner assigned to William Lyall Robert Lyall and Charles Lyall the stock on trust and appointed Lyall his attornies to receive stock from Thruston and to acquit him. Bond entered in by Frances Gardner and Thruston was never forfeit. John Thruston has transferred stock to Lyalls and paid interest due since the death of Frances. Thruston acquitted to Lyall, now held in trust for James Valentine Gardner.
