Will proved 21 March 1816 Recites indenture of 9 May, 1819 1 April, 1840 Valentine Gardener agreed to give James Valentine Gardner revession of £2,450 and for yearly payment to Valentine or issue 1,500 rupees per annum payment to be secured by bond Payments started on 1 June 1840 Hence Valentine assizes his revessions to James Valentine.
