County Court of Carnarvonshire, held at Bangor. ORDER that The Bala Banking Co. Ltd. are summoned to appear at the office of the Court, 29 Victoria Place, Bangor, on 2 April,1877 to show cause why they should not be restrained from further prosecuting an action pending at their suit against Rowland Griffith, Tremadoc, co. Carnarvon, Tanner, Leather Dresser and Farmer in the Exchequer Division of the High Court of Justice for the recovery of £228.17s.10d being a debt provable in Bankruptcy.
