LETTER: J. A. Vaughan, Tan y Bwlch, Meirionnydd, to A. M. Dunlop re. a spruce tree that came tumbling down after a high wind. Apparently, William Jones, one of the estate workers had said it would stand for ’several years’ although it had been disfigured. It didn’t, and therefore he was given his notice to leave Mr Oakeley’s employment.

Page Language

In accord with normal archival practice in Wales, details of documents are presented in the language of the document. Where details appear in Welsh, then Welsh is the language in which the document is written; where they are in English, the document is in English.
