EXTRACT FROM MINUTES: 1. re acquisition of house Cim, Llanwnda, by the Company, (rented from trustees of estate of late A. Wynn Williams) and that Major A.J. Wynne Williams should be required to live there during his service as Managing Director. 2. that the Company should acquire the house Bryn Mafon, Caernarfon, to rent and they should require Lt. Col. J.G. Wynnne Williams to live there while he is Managing Director.
