LETTER: James Sexton, General Secretary of the National Union of Dock Labourers and Riverside Workers at 17, Norton St., Liverpool to W[alter] D. Hobson, at the Slate Works, Port Penrhyn, Bangor; in reply to Mr. Hobson’s of the 20th. Assures Mr. Hobson that all disputes go to arbitration, in keeping with arrangement with Board of Trade. Cites case of Silurian Iron Ore Co., Bangor. Hopes that he will be able to agree to Arbitration [over advance of wages dispute].
