LETTER: James Sexton, General Secretary of the National Union of Dock Labourers and Riverside Workers at 17 Norton St., Liverpool to W[alter] Hobson, Esq., at Port Penrhyn [office] in respect of complaints by Union members at Port Penrhyn about advance of wages, mention of state of slate trade; which would not allow any advance. Suggests the claim go to arbitration, application forwarded to Sir George Askwith to this effect.
