OPEN LETTER: from Penrhyn Castle, Bangor, signed G. Douglas Pennant. To Penrhyn Quarrymen stating main points made by Mr. Arthur Wyatt, Quarry Manager [General] concerning the setting of bargains at the Quarry, wage calculation and contracting. All future complaints to be made to the General Manager, by deputations composed of Union and non Union men equally.
