LETTER: William Elias, The Abbey, [Llanrwst] to Lord Newborough. He reports on his journey to Ffestiniog to collect rents. He discusses one of the tenants and mentions a boundary which needs to be built around one tenancy because of straying sheep. The only way the wall can be done is by his Lordship arranging for it to be built and pay for it and increase the rent to 20/-. He also refers to the new Quarry.
