LETTER: James Rees, Herald Office, Caernarfon to the Chairman of Quarter Sessions and Bench of Magistrates. He has been summonsed to sit on the Grand Jury but as High Bailiff to the County Courts he is obliged to attend at Porthmadog on the same day, and his absence does not therefore mark any disrespect.
