LETTER: Hugh Jones, Cefn y Castell, to Lord Newborough. He feels it is unfair that he pays poor rate as six of his next door neighbours at Tan yr hendre and four houses in Llanwnda village, Caer Moel and Rallt Goch and several others do not pay, and neither does Robert Roberts, an able young man at Dolydd. He requests a word of his Lordship in his favour.

Page Language

In accord with normal archival practice in Wales, details of documents are presented in the language of the document. Where details appear in Welsh, then Welsh is the language in which the document is written; where they are in English, the document is in English.
