LETTER: William Morris, Is-y-coed, Porthmadog, to John his nephew, acknowledging his letter and the plums, which he enjoyed. John, his brother, had written from Harrogate, where he and Tom Roberts had arrived safely. He had attended the Harlech Agricultural Show, where he had seen his brother conducting Lord and Lady Harlech around. He had driven to Drws y Coed yesterday to vaccinate some babies. Sends his regards to Daniel, Nell and Gwen.

Page Language

In accord with normal archival practice in Wales, details of documents are presented in the language of the document. Where details appear in Welsh, then Welsh is the language in which the document is written; where they are in English, the document is in English.
