LETTER: William Evans Morris, 24 Lombard St., Porthmadog, to Dan and family. Had heard from Tom at St. Clears, who has been very busy at all the sittings. Arthur had arrived at Sunderland and found a 12 year old stowaway aboard ship. Reminds Dan that it’s his mother’s 72nd birthday next Tuesday. He had been to hear Cynfig Davies and Mr. Nicholson preach at Salem. Still failing to hire a servant.

Page Language

In accord with normal archival practice in Wales, details of documents are presented in the language of the document. Where details appear in Welsh, then Welsh is the language in which the document is written; where they are in English, the document is in English.
