LETTER: Daniel Morris, 11 Overton St., Liverpool to Nell, hoping that she did not expect a letter from him that morning. He will call at Amberley St. that night after Maurice has left him. Maurice is going to be a guest of Mr. Rees at New Brighton for a few days, as the Agricultural Show is being held there on the 2nd and 3rd proxo. He had tea at Mr. Wood’s that afternoon, who had returned home from a holiday at Corwen. Robert Davies, a cousin of Mrs. Morgan’s, Kingsley Rd., and a school-fellow of his has come home from Australia. He would like to see him as it is 22 years since they last met. Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Jones are at Llandrindod. He feels this letter is not satisfactory, but hopes to improve. Asks if he is to speak to Mr. Edwards (her father) now while she is away, or wait until she returns. Hopes she enjoys her visit.
