LETTER: E.M. Edmunds, Ruabon, to Miss Ellen Edwards, apologising for the delay in acknowledging her letter which he received whilst at Swansea. Writes of his disappointment her message brought him, but blames himself for ’not having discovered that the love was all on one side’. He thanks her for the kindness and courtesy of her letter and the assurance of their continued friendship.
