COPY LETTER: [Lord] N[ewborough], Glynllifon, Caernarfon to [C. Russell, 27, Charles Street, St. James’, London], re the projected railway from Worcester to Porthdinllaen. He suggests that an arrangement should be made with the promoters of Pilbrow’s Atmospheric [line], so as to remove any danger to the Parliamentary proceedings and win the support of all proprietors of land along the line between Tremadog and Porthdinllaen.
