LETTER: William Williams, Mount Pleasant to Lord Newborough. Williams informs his Lordship that his agent, Mr. Jones, is drawing out a lease for the Blue Lion for him. Williams hopes that he may also have two adjoining fields and some buildings and expresses a wish for the lease to be drawn and signed that week. After his letter Williams gives a note of the size of the Blue Lion, stating it has 2 cellars, a good shop etc.
