LETTER: David Williams, Broneryri, at London, to Lord Newborough. Williams encloses a copy of the Porthdinllaen Railway Bill passed through Parliament. He assures his Lordship that a clause concerning the requirements made by him will be eliminated from the Provisional Committee. Williams gives details of a Grand Dinner at Caernarfon, costing £43, given in honour of the Mayor.
