LETTER: John Roberts, Bodfel to Lord Newborough. Outlines the situation of Lord Newborough’s tenants at Glanrafon, Bodfean. Their father died last August. In his will he directed that each of his children on marriage should leave the farm. In February, Robert, one of his sons married. The other children have been served with a notice to quit as it is proposed to let the farm to the married son. He asks Lord Newborough to let the farm to the 3 unmarried children.
